To join the Old Sandbachians’ Association (OSA), simply complete and submit this membership application form.

Were you a pupil at the school, or were you a member of staff?
Any information you would like to add, for example who your form tutor was, what house you were in, or anything notable you think would be of interest. This will not be made public without your later consent.
The Members Directory is an optional section of our website that is only visible to other members. It contains basic information on other members, and is to facilitate contact between former pupils, or just to job some memories! Here, you can choose what information you wish to display. You can change this at any time by editing your profile on our website, or by contacting us.
I agree to pay the first year fees of £20 (consisting of £10 annual subscription plus £10 for my OSA tie), followed by £10 each year thereafter, until such a time as my membership ends.
I understand and agree that information received by the OSA will only be used as per the consent for the Members Directory above, and for keeping on touch with you and providing news and details of events and activities related to the OSA and Sandbach School. The data will not be shared with any third parties
